Big O Tires

Been taking my Tacoma to this place for 5 years, never had a an issue until the last year of so called service. The last service I had done by them today, July 5th, 2026 was for a simple oil change. 5 hours later I pick my truck up and the front desk technician who couldn’t explain how it happened proceeded to tell me the reason it took 5 hours to complete an oil change was that the servicing technician that worked on my truck managed to “accidentally” drain my transmission fluid instead of the oil. This is but the final nail in the coffin on the long list of items this store and it’s mildly trained technicians have messed up on my work truck. I could have paid the same amount and gone to the jiffy line around the corner and only waited 20 minutes. Avoid this shop like the plague.

This store is excellent for taking care of customers. It was no waiting time to fix my urgent vehicle alignment problem. Also the staff and the alignment mechanic person very nice and sincere! Particularly, the alignment mechanic guy is very skillful and knowledgeable in what his doing. Also, they were very friendly and constructive to discuss with me about my vehicle that has some wears that could affect alignment specifications and need to be fixed. I strongly recommend this store because it can be trusted.

I think that as a shop that should be professional, it might not be the customer bases best interest to know they try to change parts for cheaper parts from the original. Absolutely let my sports car guys know to avoid after how my autistic younger brother wasn’t appropriately talked to while trying to transfer

Walked in late Thursday 4-16-26 afternoon. We had a flat tire with a screw right in the middle of the tread. The manager and his mechanic fixed it and back on the car in under an hour. Have been going to this location for about 12 years and this is the 3rd car. Always great and fast service. Great job. Thanks.

I never leave reviews but this place is great. Whenever I’m due for tires, they have the best prices. When it comes to brakes and other work, they’ll take care of you. They are reasonably priced and have solid customer service. Ask for Lalo or Mac and they will make sure your vehicle is running smoothly with a great warranty on the work that was done.
